You all know it by now: I am a big fan of vintage home accessories. Now finding nice vintage items can be tricky sometimes. Either you are an experienced treasure hunter on flea markets or you know where to look online. One of my favorite platforms for vintage shopping is Etsy. Why Etsy? Because I hardly have the time to visit local flea markets. And sometimes the offer is too limited here. So I roam internationally on Etsy. And oh do I find beautiful vintage pieces online! Let me show you!

Like any smart website, Etsy knows my taste and my likings. So it is fairly easy to stumble upon something beautiful and unique for my home. When Etsy approached me for a mini collaboration, I was all ears. Shopping on Etsy and sharing my favorite shopping sources? Cake walk! So let me show you what I found and where I found it:

Moroccan pouf: I have wanted a beautiful Moroccan leather pouf for a long time. Yet I was hesitating. No space for it (that is still valid but I ignore it), most new poufs looked too new to me, and many sold only the cover with no stuffing (I have no time to stuff things LOL). So my task was clearly set: A vintage Moroccan leather pouf in tan, not too big and stuffed. Off I searched. The shop I stopped by was named ‘Essence of Morocco’ and had exactly what I was looking for – a beautiful vintage leather pouf from Fez in Morocco. Ordered, delivered, and now I don’t want to part with it. It is an extra seating, a mini coffee table, and a comfy sort of ottoman. It fits in my boho chaos, don’t you think?

Vintage plant pots: A staple I am always looking for are nice vintage plant pots. I like plant pots with a modern boho look in earthy hues and Amsterdam based ‘House of C’ is just the right address for such pieces. And once I found this shop, I could hardly control myself. I did not order one plant pot but three of them plus a vintage wooden fruit bowl and an African basket from Zimbabwe.

Macrame hanging crystals: I also have a particular liking for crystals. When I spotted the beautiful geometric macrames with hanging crystals I knew I want one. The London based Etsy seller ‘Lucidité’ makes those hangers by hand and places beautiful crystals in them. I ordered a little macrame with a honey calcit which arrived a few days ago – hence to late for the photo shooting but I’ll make sure to share it on Instagram soon.

Here on Happy Interior Blog I have already shared another favorite Etsy shop of mine – see the post HERE. Oh and I got myself a new Moroccan rug too – it is made of cactus silk (100 % natural) and hand made by the Berber people of the Atlas mountains in Morocco. See it HERE in my home and this is the Etsy shop where I found it. So I hope you enjoyed the little vintage shopping round-up on Etsy – and please do share your Etsy tips with me in the comments. I am always eager to find new sources!

Thank you to Etsy for sponsoring this post. As always all thoughts & opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that help support this blog.
